Table Lamp

This project focused on capturing challenging metallic surfaces within a lightweight, real-time asset framework. Built for an Amazon AR and VR experience pipeline, the primary modeling task was maintaining a perfectly round, crisp silhouette across the stacked spheres while keeping a highly optimized polygon budget. The clean topology was essential to ensure that interactive web viewers render smooth, seamless light distribution without artifacting.

The texturing process relied on precise PBR mapping to replicate an authentic silver-gold finish on the metal base. I dialed in the metallic and roughness maps to create a brushed, premium look that catches highlights softly, avoiding harsh glare. This is paired with a fine, woven micro-texture on the tapered lampshade, creating a believable contrast of matte and metallic surfaces.
