Soft Toy

Produced for an Amazon AR and VR asset pipeline, this model focuses on organic form and soft-surface realism. The workflow utilized Z-Brush to sculpt the plush, squishy volume of the character toy, adding subtle fabric pull lines and realistic seam indentations where the limbs and tail meet the main body. The high-poly details were then baked onto an optimized low-poly mesh, maintaining a soft, rounded silhouette while ensuring the file remains lightweight for real-time web engines.

The texturing process relies on a clean PBR workflow to capture the characteristic look of microfiber or fleece plush fabric. I applied a completely matte, low-gloss finish across the main body panels, adjusting the roughness map to softly diffuse light without any harsh specular reflections. Simple facial features, the stitched nose, and the small paw print details were integrated directly into the texture channels, providing a clean and accurate digital double for e-commerce.
