Chameleon Having Coffee

This project was a fun exercise in translating a highly expressive, character-driven concept into a 3D sculpt. The main goal was capturing that specific, tired mood in the chameleon's face while pushing its unique stylized anatomy. I wanted the silhouette to feel organic and fluid, from the curve of the tail to the way the character balances on the bamboo stem.

For the texturing, I focused entirely on creating vibrant, hand-tuned color transitions that make the character pop. Instead of using complex, noisy textures, I relied on bold, contrasting color gradients to define the patterns on the skin and the leaves. It was all about keeping the model looking crisp, readable, and full of personality from any viewing angle.
